Promotions and appraisal happen once in a year which can be bit a inconvenient.it would be better if they were based on our performance every six months instead.

Top management pretends they are always under financial problems and behavior towards the employees is pathetic. Even as a fresher, one should avoid joining such organization, as there is absolute nothing to learn and moreover they don't pay salary for around two months.
