Eastman provides healthy work environment and constantly encourage people to explore even out of work, like Toastmasters, cultural activities, volunteer works etc. Good work culture and supportive team and management, always encourage you to think and explore OOTB. The company policies like leave system, Medical benefits are good. Management is good, but I feel that it can be better. Also, there is less scope for promotions and move upwards in the line of hierarchy as of now, if there is good number of levels for positions/roles , it may create a good opportunity for well deserved candidates to be promoted in their line of work. Other than facilities being limited because of COVID restrictions. I don't see any negatives as such. Food in cafeteria is a big problem because of COVID.

The company has excellent work culture. If you are good at what you do your work is rewarded. Leadership is caring for employees.

Dislikes

If the company becomes more flexible with remote working option this would be a big factor for us to continue working here for long term, as in India this company is only located in Hyderabad so there is restriction on location. I sometimes feel we could get some perks.

The Work life balance is the first and foremost ,what an employee searches .In Eastman the experience i get is overall balanced and talking about management , its management is great , having events handled every second month is great .

Approval process of projects is very slow, so there were not enough challenges. Open to adapt new tools but not fully using services providing by tools.
