Nothing! Listed company with below average mindset of promoters. Operators like Lala company like paying salary whenever it feels like. Hire and fire people on their own and use their influence and give negative feedback to industry of a candidate so that no one can hire them, and practices remained not noticeable to travel trade.

Zero job security as you could asked to leave any moment as per liking of management, irrespective whether vertical is doing great. Have a strange work culture to hire experienced under paid staff and then fire them over a period of time without any reasons . Managment get maximum out o f new joined than fire around 01 yrs time and re-hiring process starts again. Hence they are aways opening is this company. Staff get lure considering it is a growing company and open themself of the repeat process....Read More

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. Now, I’m preparing for an HR round and planning to ask for a 55% hike. Am I on the right track? How can I accelerate my career growth?
