I am working as a Project coordinator in Gurgaon. I have 2.5 years of experience. I am from kota, rajasthan. My Salary is 18k/month(deduction- Professional tax-200Rs, ESIC-400Rs, Security money-1000 rs.). It is very difficult to survive in 16k in hand salary in delhi NCR(Gurgaon). My Expense - ROOM= 8000 Rs. per month FOOD= 6000 Rs. per month Taxi(Room to office and office to room)= 2000 Rs. per month Mobile= 500 Rs. per month Even They don't gave me a Laptop and other stationary items. Laptop= 35000 Rs. (one time) Stationary Item= 100 Rs. per month And after my resignation, HR told me that they will not give me experience certificate and last month salary....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
