I strongly advise against working for DAG-Nigeria . My experience has been terrible from the beginning. As soon as you join, they confiscate your passport, which is a clear red flag and completely unprofessional. New employees, in particular, receive the worst treatment from the CEO and Senior Management. He frequently shouts at staff and uses highly offensive language, including words like "madharchode" and "behenchode," and pass racial Comments based upon statehood and ethnicity , openly creating a toxic and hostile work environment. Aside from the CEO’s behavior, there are also frequent, unexplained deductions from your salary that are not disclosed upfront. Additionally, there is absolutely no work-life balance; you’re expected to work from 8 AM to 8 PM some time even till midnight with no regard for personal time. Favoritism is rampant, particularly towards Bengali employees, , receiving open support from the CEO and COO. This creates a divisive and unhealthy atmosphere within the company. In summary, DAG-Negative is one of the worst companies to work for in Nigeria due to poor management, hostile working conditions, unexplained salary deductions, and a complete disregard for work-life balance.
