No personal life when working with Panalpina. No job security. No healthy working environment. No career growth. All promotions done on basis of favouriteisum no performance evaluation. In appraisal everyone getting same hike even employees get 2 stars rating and 4 starts rating. Good b onus fully depending upon line manager mood. 100% unprofessional company. Who harassing each and every employee in probation period. And asking all Saturday working from new employees. Even company offers all Saturdays and Sundays is holidays....Read More
