At Dollar, talent has no restrictions. One can learn how industries are set and run effectively. I have been working close with the promoters for the last 6 years and learnt one special thing "You must always train your team member before you give any task / responsibility to your team member, otherwise donot expect better results".

DIS-LIKE, I read as LIKE-THIS. I believe every organisation has its own constitution and slowly we get accustomed with that. Like this I have more LIKES. Immensely talented promoters who works like an employee and every earned or spent is highly valuated.
