The company and its responsible persons are good on working culture and very much supportive. I love to work with some team leaders without any hesitation. As its a new firm, DSJV is trying to deploy new technologies in the construction of Metro field and I am proud to say I am a part of it.

Here the Upcoming (New gen) Engineers are being treated in the labour category by the management and some illiterate person in HRD. DSJV says they will be providing Bachelor accommodation, but in a dungeon (be cautious) and the food kind for refugees. This Organisation is totally un-organised in all sense except providing the remuneration, which wont get on time. If anyone want a career growth you cant expect that in the Beloved organisation Dogus-Soma JV....Read More
