You will be never recognizing for your work here, if you belong to good corporate don't even think to join there, by any chance if you encountered with HR Head you will realized where am i and what i am doing here that level of unprofessionalism he has , if you raise any concern to him and ask him for solution the HR head will giveyou non sense example which is not even aligned with your work and you get sick of him.
