Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)
Likes: Overall, it’s a good company. People working here are good as well. Getting niche embedded work to do. Having niche skills indeed makes one stand out professionally from others. It’s one of the best things, I’m experiencing here.
Dislikes: Not always, but sometimes, leading to some add-on formal stuffs, meetings tend to get delayed. It certainly impacts scheduled work, is what I feel.
Likes: Best company to have a good learning advantage. You get freedom to work creatively. Every day is a challenge and offers a new learning experience. Good workplace, in my opinion.
Dislikes: Nothing work specific cons… everything is good here. Weird to mention, but the only problem that I face here is small parking space.
Likes: Ample opportunities to learn and grow. Best place to learn and hone quality skills. It’s a fast-growing organization so I highly recommend working here.
Dislikes: Sorry, haven’t encountered any cons yet to mention here.

New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133.
I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached.
I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response.
Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
