The company profile is very very Good. If senior staff will support then fresher can learn alot here. But I love to say that company owner or sales team are super talented with their help I learnt alot. HVAC training also the best part of the company. If cultural issue is solved then I give 5/5 🌟.

The political culture is the worst part. I worked hard but never get rewarded. Neither I nor any of one get rewarded due to seniors holding power. Because some of senior (who are also not eligible for the position they have) have hold all where in company. Stick timing is also the worst part. Otherwise a bright career can be built here by learning everything related to Air Engineering. I worked 7 years but never fight with seniors holding power....Read More

I worked as an Engineer in Design department. 3 main products from drafting design to final quality check I am the only one responsible for the job. Working on customer complaint. Relevant solutions are done as per suggestion.

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role.
