Despite underperforming and displaying unprofessional behavior, they were not addressed, whereas others were let go without proper evaluation. This disparity in treatment was the most distressing aspect of my experience."

Will fire anytime by giving notice. You need to overstay 2 hours Compulsory. TVS Group policy. If don't overstay they will fire as non performer. No facilities. No infrastructure to carry work, need to roam for each and every works. Even you don't have printer/ Xerox you have to run various place / department. No bonus. Shift continuation there. Health will be affected. No loyalty, will kick out after extracting work. Don't join. Always to be in pressure. Realistic work won't be there. Top management get good salary in lakhs and Incentive 40 to 50 lakhs. So they don't bother you. Just talk sweetly to extract work only. Then they will extract all from your brain to daily write 1 suggestion to improve company and reduce cost. No use even a single paise to you. Compulsory over stay after 4.30 pm during suggestion meetings and all bus will be stopped, you can't go house. At our personal time they keep suggestion meetings. 1 computer 3 persons to use like musical chair. There is no job security at all , Anytime they can fire you for even the slightest mistake. It’s been only 10 days since i joined #Dealsflow consultancy , neither do they provide any training nor is anyone there to teach you, very poor work culture never recommend anyone to join that office !
