The management is very very very immature, worst decision making, worst management, it feels like all the top position is handled by maniacs who only have one goal that is to put blame on other leaders. They love to fight and put stress on the managers and they only like the employees who satisfies their egos rather than putting up a good work. A highly demotivating culture by all ths leaders. Shouting, abusing, demeaning the employees is very common here and happens everyday. They are biased and manipulative. They won't even hesitate to call you for work even on Sundays.
