The best company i have ever worked with. Managers are super supportive and Work life balance is awesome. Datatrained defines the word "Growth" among all employees. Hard work is always appreciated in this organization. Great organization to work with.

The office environment and company culture is amazing. Management is highly accommodating and professional. I've had a great experience so far, especially mentioning the fact that growth is uncapped and promotions are announced ahead of time if the employee exhibits deserving performance. I genuinely took a minute to think on this one. While I couldn't come up with an answer, I think I can add that I wish the cafeteria/pantry area in office could be bigger. I don't dislike the current one, but just something that can be changed.

One of the best organisation, I have ever seen in my whole career. I have more than 9 Years of experience but to be with Data Trained has taught me plenty of things. Specially working in a positive environment for the sales person without any pressure.

Best in class when it comes to a sales process. Everyone knows the Ed-tech culture of sales department but this is surely different than that.

The managers are unlike any other company. They will motivate you to do better every time. Even on bad months when you're not able to achieve your targets they will try to help you out and not just abuse you which is unfortunately the case for many edtech companies. One of the best that you can get in edtech sales. High incentives is an added bonus.

Dislikes

Stretched out working hours and sometimes working even on Sundays. Other than that an amazing company to work with.
