Very bad environment ,constantly under pressure from corrupt management .too much family conflict amongst shareholders.

Dislikes

From senior directors down found a very corrupt culture ,seemed owner was not aware of the corruption within company or could not affect change as too close to problem ,difficult carrying out daily function as too much politics .no job security at any time too many bosses .

Was in charge of whole facility as well as major projects ,had control of daily and yearly budget .Full site team reported to myself via Personel management .
