there is no option to select NIL against Compensation and Benifits if it is there i would rather select that instead of 1 star rating. Past 7 years i am working in that company in that past 4 years i got some lame reasons from my manager to not give me promotions. Working in this company will give to desperation and depression instead of job satisfaction. Bad politics played by manager not all but most of them. first 3 years was good because i got allocated to a long term stable project though there is so much of work my Team was very understanding and everything went well. But unfortunately i never got a project like that after I asked for a location change. Since then my salary increments are NIL also promotion. I have been switching the projects in every year (not due to my fault due to ramp down happened in projects due to fund issue) and all that badly and inversely affected me. What more to tell if you didnt get a nice Team and project then you wouldn't get promotion and increments. for this 4 years my salary incremented from 5 to 7 that is it. hardly i am getting in hand 42K to 56k monthly...Read More

Bad managers can ruin your career and life like anything, that you can experience in CTS. Compensation is pathetic and growth is very very slow if your manager doesn't like you
