my experience at conserve solution has been overwhelmingly negative, and I feel it's important to share realities of working here. what might seem like an opportunity initially quickly reveals itself to be a toxic and oppressive environment. here's a detailed account of the issues I faced: 1.Constant Surveillance: I dislike the pervasive surveillance at this company. the constant monitoring of every movement and conversation creates a stifling and oppressive atmosphere. 2.No Personal devices: I dislike the strict ban on personal phones. this policy, justified under security pretenses, actually serves to eliminate personal freedom and foster a robotic work environment. 3.Discouraged Social Interactions: I dislike the company's discouragement of social interactions, especially between male and female employees. this narrow-minded approach stifles natural workplace relationships and create an uncomfortable environment. 4.Nepotism and Favoritism: I dislike the rampant nepotism and favoritism within the management. the preference given to relatives and friends undermines meritocracy and creates an unfair workplace. 5.Lack of Professional standards: I dislike the lack of professional standards and the use of unlicensed software. this negligence results in poorly execute projects and reflects a general disregard for industrial standards. 6.Favoritism Towards certain Employees: I dislike the blatant favoritism shown towards certain employees. this bias results in unfair advantages, such as preferential treatment in promotions, raises, and project assignment, leading to a divisive and demotivation work environment. 7.Unbalanced Support: I dislike the lack of support from the company when employees have their own needs. while they are quick demand work, they are unresponsive and unhelpful when employees require assistance. 8.Inadequate Compensation: I dislike the inadequate salary and benefits package. the withholding of 20-30% of compensation under various pretenses, which is rarely received, is frustrating and demoralizing. 9.Excessive Work Hours: I dislike the excessive work hours required by the company. the frequent demands for late nights and early mornings, with little to no benefits, reflect a disregard for employee well-being. 10.Restrictive Employment Bonds: I dislike the restrictive employment bonds that make leaving the company difficult. this policy leads to a high turnover rate and forces employees into a challenging exit process. 11.Questionable Training Academy: I dislike the misleading nature of the company's training academy. the high fees for subpar training and lack of dedicated instructors demonstrate a lack of genuine commitment to employee development. 12.Inappropriate Relationships: I dislike the rumors of inappropriate relationships between management and HR. this undermines the integrity of the workplace and raises concerns about fairness professionalism....Read More
