City Montessori School Lucknow manages a staff of more than 2 lac teachers.Alot of seminars,workshops are organised to equip the teachers with best possible teaching methods.The administrative staff is quite less in number ,so handling of fees and maintaining student's record is mainly done by the teachers.At the end of every month there is a register day specifically for tallying the fees.Apart from maintaining the fees record a teacher has to monthly pay home visits to five students which I must say is quite labourious and unsafe.If you have not got enough headaches then welcome to the time consuming and painstaking visit to the LDA branch on Sundays.Mind it whatever I have referred above are after school activities.The management doesn't compromise on it's teaching idealogies so a special body called The Inspection Department is formed to keep a tap on your correction work and methodology. Already mentioned above.Though being a teacher at CMS can be very labourious but the pays are good.The management is quite skilled and systematic in handling it's staff and parents.
