Job security is good as replacing the positions is not that easy due to its location. You get salaries on time.

It all depends on the person to whom u are reporting to. Operation heads are good and supportive. ownership keeps changing and new ownership doesn't care what what you have done to the company all the whilst. In this busy the top-level mgmt are busy securing their seats. Hr is another useless dept.

As some heads are supportive I could manage to give my best and some appreciated the results. But as the years go by people changed and want to bring in their own people and then started firing.
