HR behavior is worst they doesn't cooperate with employees. Always do delay in salary, sometime they paid at the end of next month. Management doesn't care about employee they just need their work on time.

In this company, all the staff member are good, but HR manager not efficient. She spend most her time with management and does not support the employees of the company. At the time of joining, she promises a lot but, actually there are major issues with ego. Salaries are not paid on time, we received them on the 21st of the next month. Job security is nonexistent, management can ask you to resign and leave at any time. Unfortunately they do not pay the salary to that employee....Read More

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
