I was in ISRO and DRDO for 37 years before retiring in April 2010. Then I took to academics. In Christ I worked between July 2013 and March 2020. It was a fantastic experience mingling with youngsters and training them for life long learning. I taught them special courses based on my experience parameter. They seem to have enjoyed .I had a couple of industry related funded projects; I absorbed bright students in my lap in second year itself. I have fellowship for brightest category. During their 3 year tenure in my lab they learnt not only theory but also experiment stories verify theory. All students are well placed . Not at all. But as per regulations, they could not retain me beyond 70.
