Good salary package with accomodation,conveyance,medical allowances,childern education etc.this is industrial security so working areas are airports and big industries.

Dislikes

Long duty hours,night shifts,strict discipline with punishments,at some places except duty hours must join regimental duties.maximum time you have to spent very far from your hometown.means it is a central paramilitary force so very less chance to get posting near your home town so hard to manage mostly for ladies staff without any family assistance.married women cannot live with there kids if she has not any family support.if both husband and wife in cisf than forget about to live with your kids.well maximum toughness is from constable to inspector level.but if you joined as a gazzeted rank which starts from assistant commandant.than may be your life will be a bit easier.mostly everything related to duty will change means you can escape from night duty or long duty hours even not any extra fatigue.but yes kids and posting issues are same in this level....Read More
