The Central Industrial security Force is an organization which not only given bread and butter to 150000 families but also the security of almost half of our country population was provided by us. Airport, shipyard, metro, Govt buildings, high way each and every thing is covered by our security cover. I love this organization.

Dislikes

Normally there's nothing to dislike in this organization but sometimes non sanctions of required leave is Irreatativ.

I like about working in Central Industrial Security Force as it has given me opportunity to work at different situations/atmosphere. I have learnt a lot in the fields of industrial security, fire fighting, soft skills, electronics gadgets, aviation security , filed crafts CCTV surveillance, intelligence collection and investigation. I had also a good balance in my work and personnel life.

I don't like about working as it is a transferable job and it disturbed the personal life and education of children s

It is a good organisation with variety of experience during job tenure. Person can have the experience of working in sensitive installation and airports. There are chances to work aboroad in UN peacekeeping missions.

Dislikes

The only thing which I dislike is that there are no promotions for the lower rank. It can be imagined that people are in the same rank for 23 years. In whole service they are getting only one promotion.
