It was my first company and I must say whatever I am now, I am due to Canoe Consulting Services. In this world, nobody will treat you compassionately if you are completely fresher. When you are entering the job field, you need somebody around you who will make you learn your job perfectly. And that's what I was taught in this company - Perfection. Today I am working in an Indian Conglomerate as an HR Executive where you have to be technically perfect all the time. I am fortunate enough that my first company was Canoe where I was taught that if you want to grow in your life - you must be technically perfect in your job. Dislikes

I never found any. Yes, the mild scolding was always there when I made mistakes in my job and truly speaking I disliked them in those days, but I miss them now as they made me perfect. Today, if I make any mistake, nobody scolds me, rather issues escalation mail to my boss.
