1.Worked with govt client and get exposure how govt does works and its working environment.. 2. Full salary received if they hire on the BECIL offer letter not another vendor.

1. No job security totally depend on the the contract. 2. Not deployed another project if the existing contract get expired. 3. In some project, they hire on the BECIL offer letter then transfer to another vender and that vendor deduct extra salary.
