I have not found any such point here. I have been trained for 4-5 months and they have been always helpful to me.

As I said, I got trained in a particular technology and I got placed in a highly reputed MNC. So I have started here with almost zero knowledge now I have become a skilled techie. Mentors are always helpful and keep on motivating me towards my aim.

Bridgelabz was the first company that I felt had the support systems in place, like training, process, and learning environment for my role. I have completed 4 months of the fellowship program in the middle of COVID pandem ic. I don't have a laptop they provided me a laptop. Lower manager is very good. Gunjan Sir, Amrutha sir, Kalpesh Sir and Varsha ma'am is very cooperative. Good place to learn. But dont dream of getting 5-6lkh pck job. Even if you are Newtown just dont dream.

Vijay Sir( Head HR) will make false promises to give you 5-6 lkh package. After 6 month he will give you 3lkh. If you ask him more questions he will say either you join that company or leave.
