Nice to work here, nice teammates I got, I am travel addicted and company fulfilling my dream, people and boss are nice so there is job security until unless you are in limit of integrity, learning is another good factor of LPS Bossard. Salary at mine level is good and I think that is good at all level, no restrictions of appraisal, OJT are given time to time.

Dislikes

Career growth is too slow, some times you will feel that I should leave company at a time due to work environment, making balance between work and life is too difficult, some times also there is feeling of polictics.

I am working in sourcing dept of the company which is lifeline to this company as lps Bossard is a trading company. We need to manage our suppliers globally as we have lots of suppliers which are regularly demanding for more business from us.
