Dislikes

There is no job security. The management fire without any reason. They don't respect other's work. HR will not receive the calls. Company hire in bulk to give intern+PPO. But they don't give even if the performance is good. I urge everyone not to join this company. Otherwise you will waste your career

You’ll get the experience to work in a high pressure environment

Dislikes

-You’ll have to work 7 days a week -If you take a leave. LOP will be marked unnecessarily -people are fired on spot -incentives are never released on time. It takes 2-3 months for the HR to do their job I.e calculate and release the incentives -once you leave the company the HRs will start ignoring your calls - there is so much partiality done at the managerial level

Product is good. But management is the worst. Won't give you salaries even. Beware. No work -life balance, no satisfaction, no security, no culture, no self respect, etc. and the list goes on.

Dislikes

Management is pathetic. You might not get salary on time, if you even get, then there would be a deduction and no clarification would be given upon the deduction, no culture, no work-life balance, leadership is pure waste (immatured). Beware and join at your own risk.
