Every staff is staying there only because of two week offs, rest everything is terrible !

The management hires hod positions only from their native places. Asstnt Mumbai manager Mr akash chavan did many. There is lot of staffing issue, moreover they delay in giving overtime by 2 months. I personally have worked for 14 hours for 2 months with little relief. Work life balance is f***ed here. They call the Vikhroli cafe as delivery only kitchen but never provided with a housekeeping or support staff. You literally have to work like hamal in such places. Additionally, a barista was un-cooperative who never understood the food menu and made coffees with personal preferences. Infact there is no full time manager dedicated to this outlet. Only 2 baristas and a poor chef handles all ! They don't speak regarding staffing or pending offs but if a order is late, the asstnt Mumbai manager akash chavan takes everyone on conference call, namely the sous chefs from Mumbai and Bangalore. Nepotism is going on in btc. They fail to provide basic crockeries like saucepan whisk and strainer to the so-called Delivery Kitchen ! They only expect sales and nothing else ! There is nothing to like about as only thing you could be grateful if you get good people in your team.

This has no boundaries in it all of it is politics no appreciation and upper management is disaster it like if you try to do innovative you will be a problematic to them as this will affect on their people who are relying on them and also the HR are not even thinks logically while taking decisions they blindly trust on those upper management conclusion. I got a lot of knowledge about coffees. HK also gets promotions in Blue Tokai. This is the same thing about Blue Tokai. Blue Tokai is the best company for a beginner or an experienced person. In my opinion, the best experience I got was from Blue Tokai because I got to know a lot about coffees.

Dislikes

The only thing I didn't feel was that the employees were not listened to or the employees were misunderstood. It may be heard by the managers that the manager has misbehaved with the employees but he has filed a complaint against the wrongful employees.
