1) Good culture 2) WFH for seniors 3) training and certification

1) No project since 2022. freshers joined in 22-23 are still on bench without work/project since 1-2 years. 2) No job security. company terminates/releases employees without notice anytime. 3) salaries and hike are less compared to market. 5% to 10% max 4) Lack of management and good pr ojects. you might join as software engineer but endup doing data entry task. 5) Seniors and potential employees left the organization leading company to its greatest downfall....Read More
