Work life balance if your boss is good Old technological products still performing good but company is working on 50-70 days advance money without delivery time and complete material guarantee. 99% of dealers are inactive. Only 1% are working with company either on personal relationship of employees or have no other options due to bad reputation in local market. Bosses will listen to you always. Your ideas, your initiative etc. They will give all attention. The same will be presented in management meetings as their own ideas, and still no solution or suggestions/ feedbacks will be given to you. Company has lost its direction and market. No continuity/succession plan is visible. Chances of revival are non existent. It doesn't have vision or mission statement. Such a big brand name under the late visionary owners are now on verge of collapse. Every quarter a new statement is released after meeting without any implementation plan. Some very unusual/funny decision was taken to sell sucessful TBR tyre technology to nearest competitor and produce an old technology tyre(bias) which is steadily loosing its relevance in modern transportation world. Unpaid salaries of 10 months for complete organization. No travel and other official expenses paid for more than 16 months now No increment for years. Work at the salary on which you joined.(for all employees) Claim not cleared for months/years. Dealer channel is very irritated. Money taken from dealers and CN generated are not adjusted due to unknown reasons for more than an year now. (Money ranges from few thousand to few lakhs). No employee development plan. Funny training given. Laid off more than 70% employees in phases within 14 months. Even before Covid crisis. Only key employees are held as business may suffer seriously. They too are unpaid. Production happen only after token payment to workers(not field or office staff) So many VIPs have raised issues, govt officials have visited plant and HO but for some strange reason no action is taken. No PF deposit from April 2020. Employee dissatisfaction at highest level. Company dont have employee benefits policy other than mediclaim, which is also useless most of the time Dues of employees who resigned on their own (not asked to leave or discipline issue) in 2018-19 and 2020 are still not cleared and retired employees were not given thier dues. After lock down June, 2020 production totally off. Management unable to give salary, on 12-06-2020 I left the company. Till date I have not receive my 24 years dues. Poor Management System. NCLT has ordered the initiation of insolvency proceedings against Birla Tyres Ltd.
