Employee engagement is zero because of which onboarding and initial phase was brutal. There was no one to talk because everyone is swamped with loads of work. Employee is treated like a slave. Nothing I liked it there....

Dislikes

1) No good increment 2) no payment for overtime..That time give only night food 3)every third saturday un official working day without payment 4)then every 4th saturday is working with in 3months 5) 2 month notice period without salary working system..When u resign then after 2 month will get that salary....That means total 4 months will go...So nobody can get new job with in this period
