My overall experience with textile is not very good but its quit average staff and management were not very supportive but they are helping in nature and environment and culture is better for work but not can't move with" job security "

There is a lot of politics and management should look out their bottom level employees and workers job satisfaction should try to make changes in remuneration policy

The job is quite interesting I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles.

There are many aspects that are rewarding about this job. Knowing that your supervision is responsible for guest satisfaction is a great feeling. Also, training others to perform excellently in a team environment and seeing them obtain praise from guests is quite rewarding.....
