1. Job Security: There is no security to the job at all in BIET. 2. Policies: There are no specific company policies are followed. All the decisions will be taken by the Chairman on the spot. Faculties can be fired on silly reasons like if a student wears a jeans then the corresponding mentor and class I/C will be fired. 3. Salaries: Chairman is not paying the salaries in the COVID time to the faculties. In general, Salaries will be delayed for all the time for a minimum period of 25 days. 4. Discipline: The students are also misguided by the management activities, so they behave very stupidly with the faculty. 5.
