The support which given by the management or senior staff to their employees. Even in this covid situation they giving opportunity to work for them. Providing ppe kits on duty time.

Dislikes

Salary package for their employees is not at all good in this situation or before.

I will rate in terms of working, its excellent. But in case of salary packages, its not even up to the company reputation and standards in aviation industry. Support to employees in this situation is not good at all.
