Very Fast moving, dynamic, single man decision making authority (MD).

Dislikes

Poor job security, No Proper HR Program for training and development, No proper carrier orientation, no one can take important decision except one person (MD).

Work Details

24 x 7 Production running, always get pressurised as a team member of Production. Many times had to go to Plant in night. Had to return from tour keeping the balance family at Tourist spot on demand of Top Management.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
