Job security. Salary always on time even during lockdown. Lots of opportunities to learn. Very sensitive senior management. Enjoy the satisfaction to save lives. Will like to continue working for next 5 years at least. Workplace is very nice

Dislikes

Hard work. Politics of ambulance drivers is not good. Sometimes due to emergencies work time is extended. Client supervisor is sometimes very rude.

Job security. Salaries always given in time. Even during lockdown and no business, there was no reduction of salaries. Full salaries were paid to all 150 staff on time. Medical care is taken very well for families. Safety of employees is very very good. Covid protection is very good. Grievance cell for employee issues is a good thing.

Dislikes

Very strict rules. Work pressure since this is an emergency service. No extra money like tips in hospital

10 years in the job and my seniors are helping me discover new capabilities in me. The job is so exciting. Multi tasking; the faith the top management puts into an employee. Learning new things. Always busy with something new to do. Growth opportunities. I joined as a simple driver and now I supervise drivers (and train them also) of all ambulances. I learnt vehicle maintenance, audits, material management and a lot more on the job. Very caring management. Nothing much to dislike. Like any other place where I have worked, there is office politics. Sometimes clients irritate you with insignificant complains.

First 3 Month is tough , Very different from other organisation, Difficult for those who cannot multi-task, Growth here here is just not vertical, you have to be prepared to work towards horizontal growth , If you cannot follow the processes then don't join.
