It's a very good organisation like any other commercial Banks in India, all the perks, perquisites, salaries and other benefits are at per with all the Nationalised Banks. Moreover in this concern you will find a very homely environment which will won't find in any commercial bank other than Gramin Banks. An opportunity to get experienced with different banking aspect in a single table. To get in touch with rural people and their needs

Dislikes

Little scope to deal with higher banking aspect like dealing with NRI customer, big lending, demat a/c operation and modern banking. Operated older version of finacle

Always served in farthest area like remote and island branches. But spent the time tackling different issues of rural customers, taught them banking habits satisfactorily
