With good pay scale adopted, there is job security and career growth in BMRCL. Many Engineers have worked very hard to Construct Metro in BMRCL. But the Engineers effort goes down the vein. There is no appreciation for hard working Engineers. There is no promotion policy, there is no Pay Scale, there is no recognition, there is no security of Job. Work like a donkey u will be treated as a donkey.
