Overall very vood work culture and environment to work in any unit of bajaj whether it is sugar,distillery,power plant.

Few seniors show unnecssarily egoistic behaviour which hampers the good environment.

bajaj hindusthan company is Sugar manufactured based company they 15 units in all uttar pardesh all working atmosphere is very good

compensatio is decent but growth is slow the work pressure is very high some times
