As far as teammates training and career growth is concerned it's good exposure to serve rather job security and appraisal it's difficult to define about.. till now after lot of hard work.

Dislikes

Job security and appraisal growth is major part of issue which should be rectified if management wills but intentions are different from trustworthy and reliable employees more of partial to political and family relatives at management level.

very poor salary, no holiday not even sunday, on paper its 6 days a week but practically you work everyday, 24×7, they will even force you to visit site on festivals if you are present in the company guest house and are not going home. A place filled with underachievers, terrible managers.
