It WAS a great place to work and WAS a fabulous team build up a decade ago.But recently the company core policies looks fantastic only while printed overleaf of your id card

Dislikes

Murky politics play the main role now.Team lead doesn't know the team composition and how to construe the best output from his team.Loads are doubled and team meetings turn out into virtual harassments.No job security since HR calls can come anytime hissing for your heads.

Work Details

It was a very great place to work a decade ago.But not now..They are wreaking havoc and harakiri into the lives of it's dedicated team .They can ask you to fly your paper anytime and off board through a virtual meeting

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
