Dear Friends, Please note that I m working hardly but there managing director, (he is Mawali type abuse anyone like BC, MC SA) is not educated person. Every month new Payroll executive join and company termined without any prior notice. In current year 2022 four Payroll executive join and left, these carriers totally weste. Who not like your Life and career then join this organisation.

Terrible work culture. No local holidays to overseas staff. HR knows only to hire staff and they don't care about them post that. Totally inexperienced HR. No annual salary increments, no annual appraisal policy. You have to beg for increment but they will give u petty. No hierarchy at all. Bosses expect you to do their all personalwork. Very bad experience in my work life...too much delay salary like 3-4 months..Malaria risk is very high, no proper timely treatment available there...worst food, Accomodation too bad with lot of mosquitoes and kadmal, this leads to heavy malaria.... In my opinion, owner need one personal staff, otherwise accountant needs to do his personal matters also...he behaved very badly..... company provides 3 month visa only, they not ready to renew after 3 month, but we forced to work there without visa illegal...if you are not wish to continue, they will ask huge amount from you . Teammates are supporting because everyone is facing same problems. You can share your feelings with them. All the employees are treated eqaully like a slave of the company. Same accommodation, food and treatment for all level of employees be it Manager, Engineer, driver, operator or labour for all it is same.

There is nothing to like about the company. In fact it is not company rather it is a group of cheaters and thugs people. Lot of politics. No salary on time. Employees are treated like slave. Worst food, accommodation and management. Bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. Before you complete the contract they will make your life like a hell and force you to resign, and if you resign they usurp all your money. They will not pay your pending salary, bonus and retention amount and returning ticket. They abuse and manhandle employees. There is no safety at work. You have risk your life to do work at site.
