No job security. Teammates and seniors are not supportive. Senior's languages and tone are very rude. Average work culture. This is not a secure job. Overall I don't like this atmosphere

There is a lots of politics, career growth is very slow. Hired new staff and employees only for 1 year and after 1 year company said good bye On behalf of Neem, new employees or new staff are hired for 1 year, then they are made to work a lot for 1 year, due to which they are neither able to learn anything. In the sense, the employe es who are hired by Neem are in the training period, they come to the company to learn but, Due to heavy workload, they are unable to learn anything new.
