As brand the company is very good. Except growth & development and HR department rest of all depatment are very good and very co-operative. Every doctors are very qualified. Patient and patient party is also very satisfied . Refering doctors are very satisfied.

Dislikes

Work culture of Growth & Development department is very poor. Due to internal politics of the managers and HOD of B M Birla(Mr. Soumendra Saha, Abhijit Saha) a really good employees unable to continue at long term period. Since one to two years many good employees(Executive/ SR. Executive) have compeled to leave the organisation due to internal dirty politics.That type of employees can be sustained who serve their superiors personaly, otherwise unable to sustained. Our HR dept. is never ever taken any kind of action against these dirty politics. If any executives (senior/junior) logged the complain against their respective superiors to HOD then that HOD ignore this complain as well as give the instruction to terminate those employees who logged the complain. By all these reason the employees(Executive level) are frequently replaced. This is the work culture of Growth & Development of BMB....Read More
