Decent company . Avantis Mostly behaves as a service based company instead of a product based one. Learning opportunitites are good. You will be ladden with many tough responsibilities at once which you will eventually learn to manage in a brief period of time. Good appraisals in the zone of 10-25 percent.

Dislikes

Bad resource management. Too much focused on one industry and employees take the work for granted. Decent pay and hectic life. Leaves are difficult to get and you might end up ruining your learning curve if stuck in one or two monotonous tasks.

I worked here for 20 months but I didn't get the work life balance. Here I suffered only the frustration, heavy work load, mental harrasment and tension because of the micro management and non required interfere of the technology manager, founder and co-founder. I worked 15 hrs / day sometimes I was 18 hrs /day till 3 am on deployment days. Everyday their was 4-6 meeting also 2 meetings with founder and co-founders.
