There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

its very good platform for freshers and experienced professionas to work with ASAL. they provide very good training for employees indoor and outdoor. ethycal behaviour of Management's improve motivation of employees. career growth is also very good when you work with ASAL.

there is only difficulty was work life balance which is almost you can see everywhere in industry. if you can manage its also not that big problem.

i was working as a shift supervisor on shop floor in press shop department. mainly responsible for production target, quality issues and team managment. production plan and making sure that every resources are available sufficiently and on time.
