It was good place to work, nothing to complain. I enjoyed every bit working in Austin.

Work Details

It was cool BPO work without much work pressure or any tight scrutiny on performance. If you gave your best, you would have nothing to complain.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Likes

Work environment was very good. Teammates and managers are very supportive. Also austin encourages each and every employee irrespective of their experience level. Proper training is provided to freshers before enetering the work place.👍👍

Dislikes

Management was not proper , HR will never listen to employee and hike is not based on employee performance.
