Dislikes

- No work life balance. - They will expect and force you to work 12-15 hours. - Management people will call and force to work even in mid-night. You have to pick call or it will be escalated till VP and CEO level. - No work process, and management people are not ready to set proper processes. - Dirty Politics - Micro management. -Dirty washrooms. - no incentives for overtime or weekend work. - no work from home even in COVID-19 pandemic. - strict login timings, but no strict logout time....Read More
