The Owners are very Good. You get Job security. 8.5 hours working,1st & 3rd Saturdays are off. Beautiful office in middle of a Farmhouse.

I would always suggest that before Joining always discuss your CTC very well. HR department is non-cooperative. They will Never co-operate with you ,nor give importance to your grievances. No employee engagement activity. No paid food facility inside,no work from home scenario. Appraisal is not satisfactory. You may be asked to sign a contract with some departments for two years.

it's a growing company; Owner of the company is really supportive and understood the technicality of the Process and always encourage the team.

Culture of company is not good. There is some issue in leadership.

Management is good. But plant level persons are very efficient in knowledge, they having no knowledge of proceess and systems.

Dislikes

Bad politics in plant at Greater Noida by plant head and QC head. HO HR is like puppets.. They hvae no experience of enhancing the skill of employees.. Head HR don't know anything about the plants she is dependant on her juniors who have not basic idea about HR.
